So how do you make a logo showcase all that makes a town great and be noticed by baseball fans statewide? You keep it simple and rely on the noticeable landmarks of the host city that everyone loves. Our historic lighthouse and beautiful water, they bring us all together as a community and are destinations for visitors to our town.
We designed the logo around our lighthouse that has welcomed visitors for over one hundred years to the town of Jupiter. A bird that flies across a clear blue sky just as high as our community’s aspirations. A wave supports a baseball just like our community supports our teams, and the reflection of water within the letters.
With an All-Star event there is a weekend full of activities for VIP’s to the general public to enjoy. We expanded the look and feel of the primary logo across all these secondary events to create that classic Minor League Baseball feel.
We then developed secondary logos to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Florida State League, as well the presenting sponsor of the game. Then the two additional events to round out All-Star weekend. The Home Run Derby with home plate and a bat in an asymmetrical arrangement. As well as a VIP Dinner event with a fork and knife included. Then we just sat back and watched it roll out all over our community.
